Hello I purchased DA2 through the EA online store, recieved my free copy of ME2 but did not recieve "Cerberus Network" pass key as stated in your promo offer. Prior to even knowing that it was supposed to be included I purchased it last night for 1200 BW points. Basically I was hoping I could be refunded the BW points for this. I may have not registered something I was unaware of in order to unlock it, if so please simply remove the dlc along with the refund and I will try to enter whatever code I was supposed to.
DA2/ME2 promo error.

I should also point out I already tried getting EA through their online chat session system to fix this but they said they couldn't.

If EA Support have said nothing can be done, then that would generally be the final line.
