Hi Guys,
I just saw the incredible offer for mass effect 2 that was being advertised and after a while realised I also had a free copy of the black emporium I could claim. After a while of working out which code was which (I preordered over steam) I went to redeem my code for the black emporium and it says my code has already been used. I have definately not used the code and I certainly dont have a copy of black emporium under my registered game content. Is there anything I can do or have I lost out on Mass Effect 2?

Did you actually go into your registered game content and download/intall it? I don't know if Steam automaticaly registers the DLC for you or not.
