DISCLAIMER: This is a joke thread.  Please avoid outright bashing and b*tching.  Respectfully and politely disagreeing are permitted, but no lengthy debates--there are other threads for that.

Every once and a while, a thread pops up where someone suggests a new feature for ME3, requests Bioware to make a certain change, or hypothesizes about the plot.  Sometimes, these ideas are pretty sweet, and many of them turn out to be right (or at least considered by the developers).

However, some of them make you wonder what the hell the OP was thinking.

What sort of things has the community come up with that just baffles you?  Makes you rage?  What fan suggestions should, in your opinion, never be considered seriously by Bioware, ever?

Here are mine:

-Shiala, Aria, Gianna, or any other random NPC as a squadmate. (Kal'Reegar gets a pass because he's the un-quarian.)

-Interspecies children.

-Children for Shepard in general.

-Mass Effect 3 ends in a happy wedding for Shepard and his/her LI.

-Zulu's theories are right.

I don't see a problem with Shepard getting married at the end of the game, in epilogue or something. Children.. not so much, but again in epilogue it's better than in the main story.

Interspecies children are definitely a eye-roll and facepalm in the Mass Effect universe. Even Asari only produce Asari children.

Yahg appearing as anything. They're big, they're ugly, they're restricted to a single planet and don't really have enough of a population to serve as common combatants in a galaxy-wide invasion.

Hmmm, mine would be:

- Tali doesn't die

- The Reapers found a wormhole and travelled through Earth.

- As Cheez said, a ****ing wedding at the end of ME3. Oh god. As much as I'm joking around with the other ones (not so much tali) I will rage hard if this happens. Like... I WILL DESTROY YOU.

- Patrick Stewart does not make a cameo in ME3.

ME3 is epic fail if:

Earth is destroyed
Team members or Shepard are killed by script, a la Virmire
Reapers win
Harbinger somehow avoids dying in a fire

And, most importantly, this game will not be complete if I don't have a chance to go "Ahh, yes, (airquotes)Reapers(/airquotes)" at the Turian Bastard.

1. As far as NPCs go, she's pretty boring.

2. She's an obvious plot device, whipped up to move the story forward.

3. She's dead in renegade playthroughs and doesn't exist for PS3 players.

4. Most people only like her because she hit on Shepard.

Here are mine:

- Shiala would be ME3 squadmate

- Aria for ME3 squadmate (don't get me wrong, I love her to death but there are awesome NPCs that should really stay NPCs and background characters)

- whom would we be playing as in ME3 if we killed Shepard in ME2 (well, don't see any threads about this but many forumites still do not know what's the catch and that amuses me)

- and there was definitely something else I can't recall right now

 - If mass effect relays cause "environmental pollution" and the Reapers are the Captain Planet's of the galaxy.
 - If ME3 involves another recruiting barrage like ME2 - I've already recruited my squad, Bioware.
 - If Shepard is indoctrinated and doesn't know it.
 - If I don't get a chance to see the look on the Turian councilor's face as he starts to say "ah, yes, Reap- er, wait, what the flock is THAT!?!"

What I would absolutely hate would be if Reapers turn out to be dinosaurs.

And depending on how it's handled, a "Reapers are protecting you from the real threat!" twist could make it feel like I spent 3 games worth of decisions for nothing.
