I remember everyone else having at least one.  Just making sure this isn't some sort of bug.

I've got a report on Fenris not having one that is being looked in to. I don't think Sebastian does but I'll ask.

Sebastian does have an interaction with the dog at your home in hightown. As for Fenris, no he does not.

I can confirm that.  I remember Sebastian bowing in front of the Mabari.

Same here. In Act III, I think. He mentions something along the lines of how Mabari are noble dogs and how having one reflects well on the owner. Or something.

I've never had the Fenris conversation, though. Varric has been a difficult little bugger as well. I've only been able to trigger him once in three playthroughs, all of which I've had to reload and redo multiple times due to ugh-ish choice mistakes. And even then, the only way to get our lovable dwarf to actually initate the interaction, is by clicking on Dog several times. Click on Varric, and he'll only give you standard responses instead.
