Warden, then a gap. Then Shepard. Then a gap. Then Hawke.

All of them and none of them.
But I feel more attached to the Warden and Hawke than Shepard. With Shepard I felt like she already had a personality, and I was just tilting it more towards one of the two morality paths available. Hawke and (especially) the Warden had different kinds of morality available, and it wasn't intrinsically tied to their personalities. I felt I had more power to shape them than Shepard, but it was still limited - Hawke by the predefined bits, and the Warden by the lack of personality/charisma within the game.

I'd say my Warden, because of the sheer amount of dialogue options you can pick due to not having a voiced main character.

In a way I feel connected to my Shepard as well though. Her decisions were my decisions, unlike with the Warden who picked her choices based on a premade character type I had planned out before I started the game.

My Femshep. My Warden (city elf female) second, probably my Warden commoner dwarf, then sarcastic femHawke.

That said, I did like sarcastic femHawke a lot. There were a lot of things I didn't like about the game, but I did like her. She had attitude, she was fun, she was kind when necessary, and mean to people who needed it. I feel bad for her, her destiny was a sack of ****, but she did deal with it in style, all the way, a quip on her lips to the extraordinarily bitter end.

I have played ME, ME 2, DA:O and DA 2 way to many times. I'm on my 9 round in DA 2 , but I will hold that for a while to see if the patches are coming out, so I went back to ME 2. Here is my list=)

1. BadAss Male Shep/Hawke
2. Male Warden
3. Female Hawke
4. Nice Male Shep/Hawke

DA 2 is the only game I've enjoyed playing a female and as a Mage. It was a change from all my Males that walking around in my computer waiting for the next game=). What I don't like in ME 2 is that (on my comp anyway) the loading is killing me...

I would say my Warden, simply because I still remember how invested I was in the outcomes of her decisions, her companions etc. I liked my Hawke, but would have liked her/him better within a game more the style of DA:O. It's a tough call because despite any criticism you have of DA2, the emotive nature of our DA2 selves made them more life-like. Still, the decisions and emotional investment I had in my DA:O characters trump even that. Had the two strengths met up into a super-game, that would have been powerful. I did enjoy being a male character for the first time in DA2, as well as a mage. Mage was fun in DA2. But it felt cool as a mage, not as ME. =)
