Headline says it all. Profile updated today, Character page updated today (did a "change armor, proper save" force upload), but all data, story, and picture are still as of February. I tried a page refresh, but nothing changes. Profile Diagnostics says everything OK.

My character is now lvl 17 in-game, but still lvl 14, and is still wearing the wrong armor.

Yet, as I said, the page says "Updated 2011-04-13"...

Anyone?

Experiencing the exact same issue here. The armour an weapons I am currently carrying are listed correctly on either side of the image, but the image itself does not show them.

I'm still in the default lvl 1 starting armour in the pic, with a sword and shield. In reality I'm now dual-wielding a sword and dagger, wearing chainmail and the Helmet of Honnleaf. But the pic has not updated...

All other data from my profile has been updating correctly from the game (I'm playing Origins). Well, there's one rogue item in my Story feed (That I have apparently killed Arl Howe, despite not yet having even visited Denerim) but everything else seems fine.

It's just the pic which is not updating.

Anybody got a clue how to fix this?

Well, it's different with me, because only the date has updated, but none of the info... Picture, story, equipment, skills, talents, all is from two months ago...

Mark, sometimes all it takes is a "refresh page". IT worked with me in the past, but not this time...

Yeah, sadly page refreshing doesn't work for me. If I've actually levelled up, changed armour or weapons, or done something significant in the game those page elements DO update when I refresh, or go back to my profile page.

The picture, however, never has. It remains the same.

I'm playing on Xbox 360, btw.

Hmm, I remember when I started, it often took days or weeks until everything was updated. I remember especially the profile picture being lvl 1 for a long time. But I thought this had be fixed long ago...

Well, maybe it's still some fallout from the weekend server blackout, so I think all we can do now is wait...

Update: It has updated, finally. (today, at 1300 hrs) Everything is now up to date...

I've read somewhere that profile pages are updated on a priority basis. the more often a profile page is accessed, the sooner it gets updated.
