I would very much like an answer to this~ Since I have over 16 characters, and I deleted more than half of them, yet they remain! >_> They're taking up space.

It's funny: I wondered when they disabled searching why they didn't post a notification that would inform people when searching that searching was, in fact, disabled. That is exactly what they did with this and now people are asking what "feature is temporarily unavailable" means. Well, it means the feature is temporarily unavailable. It was there; now it isn't; it will be again.

That message means exactly what it says - we had a page that allowed you to delete characters and screenshots.  A backend system at EA changed, and that page broke.  It has therefore been disabled until such time as we can get it working again.   We will post a sticky in this forum when it is re-enabled, as well as posting a developer blog post about it.
