I have one question..how to delete my game characters from my profile? I tried to use "manage characters" button, but there's only info that

and I can do nothing..

That message means exactly what it says - we had a page that allowed you to delete characters and screenshots. A backend system at EA changed, and that page broke. It has therefore been disabled until such time as we can get it working again. We will post a sticky in this forum when it is re-enabled, as well as posting a developer blog post about it.
