She is with Cerberus, a lot more so than Jacob. Who knows what those sneaky Biowares are planning?
Well, in my playthrough, she ditches TIM and Cerberus, thus willingly joining up with me, her LI.
And don't try to bring up the whole, TIM is threatening to hurt her sister, crap.
1) Only Shepard and Miranda know where she is.
2) TIM has limited resources to try and fight against the Reapers, let alone recruit 1 soldier...he has MANY fanatics/highly skilled people at his side.
3) Miranda isn't that stupid. After all the progress and character development she goes through, she sees the bigger picture. She isn't going to turn her back on organic life (Shep's cause) for her sister at this point, (If it DID happen) because all hell is breaking loose.

If you have Miranda while on the SM and you go to destroy the collector base TIM tells her to stop sheperd and she quits.

Also i've always had Miranda's loyalty how exactly is she the hardest to kill in the SM?
She can't die. At all (unless the whole hold the line team is killed). Even if she isn't loyal you have to plan ahead to kill her.

She's got thick plot armor at the end of 2. She's the one character you have to try really hard to get killed. I don't think the devs did that by accident.
Agreed, she'll be in Mass Effect 3 and she'll play an important role, what that role is mind you has yet to be known, but it will be important. No way does anyone have ten inches of cortosis weave reinforced plot armour like hers for no reason.

After you kill the human reaper if you dont have loyalty with her i think she dies when the platform falls?

Yep, I've only managed to kill her in one of my playthroughs (tried to spread around the deaths on the characters where I didn't want everyone to survive) and it was by doing this. There are other events that would kill a non-loyal character that she can survive non-loyal though, such as alternate team squad leader on the Long Walk.
