Is "the Mirror" an option? Hawke does love romancing a piece of him/herself every once in a while. If you made it talk, he/she could have a conversation with him/herself too! That would be interesting. Click to chat with the mirror, the view zooms up to Hawke's reflection, and then dialogue options appear!! I guess you could make the mirror a magical entity possessed by some spirit, or turn it around to be an inner dialogue and perhaps reflect on recent in-game events.

I'm sure she'd put it in the exact same terms too. Of course, she'd still have to ask you if you understood her meaning. Being a lowborn commoner from Fereldan afterall, misunderstandings are bound to occur. She'd probably be shocked and none too happy if you were to come up and slam her behind with the flat of your blade.
