Sebatian.  i was surprised he was so lame when you try to romance him. i think it would have been perfect if he would accept to become prince and marry you.  the alternatives we get from him are a total let down, but i wont spoil it for ya.

Cullen.  he was the only hot male npc in the whole game.  he would have been just perfect as a companion

i think the game would be more interesting if we could help bethany or carver through out a quest to start a romance with someone else,  kinda like we do for aveline.

Cullen...definitely Cullen.

Cullen   Cullen was interesting in DA:O, but he never hit that right note that made me want to romance him.  And then he went crazy at the end.  I love the new mature Cullen in DA 2.  He made me  forget about Fenris for a few minutes at one point in the game.  He is tops on my list.

Nathaniel.   I played Awakenings with my human noble.   So I really hated that Bioware put a Howe in the game.  I didn't want to kill himbecause I didn't know what implications that would have later in the game.  I like to have an archer in my party so I kept him when he showed up again.  I felt weird wanting to romance him with my noble warden.  So, I'm glad there wan't a chance to romance anyone in Awakening.  Now Nathaniel has comeback  with all that Hotness.  Maybe he will show up again.


Cassandra.  I want to romance her.  I think she has a bit of Hawke worship going on.


I'm still holding out for a slightly older LI  (Like Duncan or Meredith)  Someone who has a career that keeps him/her busy.  Someone you would have to work a bit harder to get to notice you.  Someone who is not necessary a companion.
