Get Miranda. Get Jack. Throw them in a room full of knives. Fanservice gone.

Jack's outfit is for a w h o r e.
And Miranda's outfit is perfect for a s l u t.
You know I'm right. And Tali...actually Tali and Ashley seem to be the only two...normal ones. Liara is alright especially for an Asari, but she looks like a 10 year old kid. I feel like a pedo.

I think you are right on all of that up until Liara looks like a child. She looks like a 20 something year old I think.
Seriously though, why did they even bother giving Jack a "top", not much room left for the imagination there. Sorry will stop being off topic now.

It's not like the reapers are destroying planets. :P I would not willingly sacrifice another species as that just means more indoctrinated thralls and husks to boost the reapers' army. And possibly more reapers if they decide the next best options after humanity are acceptable.

The alternative being the destruction of Earth and the utter and complete victory of the Reapers?

I would sacrifice the whole galactic population. So of course yes. Stopping the Reapers at all costs.

Shepard: "I am glad to announce the Turians are perfectly willing to sacrifice the entiriety of their species to protect Earth ..."
Turian Councilor: "Never would we [Renegade interrupt] *BLÄNG* *thud*"
Shepard: *holstering his sidearm* "What he wanted to say was: Never would we, the Turian people, let our most worshipped friends, the Humans suffer this fate if there'd be any Turian left to defend them! Before the sudden decease of our beloved Councilor Valorn right now caused by an Heart Disease due to excessive stress - and we all know how unhealthy stress is, now don't we? - we agreed upon and thanked the Turians for this noble action."

I'd sacrifice the Human species to stop the Reapers, so yes, I would. Hell, I'll wipe out the whole universe if it means that future species will be safe from the Reapers. Damn Reapers are too beig of a threat to everything, any sacrifice is necessary, no matter how evil t seems. Killing 300,000 Batarians in Arrival seemed like nothing to me.

No, an honorless victory is one not worth having.

If your principles causes everyone to die, maybe they're not very good principles to have in the first place?

So if a guy breaks into his house, he'll only defend himself in a fair fight? *starts laughing*

I'd sacrifice any of the species including Humans if it stops the Reapers. Were all dead anyway, no reason not to.

I would, but only if it was the only way of guaranteeing a victory.

Well, let's say if you don't sacrifice the Turians, the odds of winning are about 15%. What would you do?

Reload.

... Seriously though, if the Reapers win everybody loses, so it's not much of a choice.

If it were a choice of turians vs. another species though, I'd save the turians. Any other species, even humans.

lolno

That's hilarious.  I was about to post the exact same response.  Glad I checked the rest of the thread before doing so!

That's not really a choice if the Reapers win if you don't do it, is it?

If I had to choose a species to lose in order to defeat the Reapers, I'd have to go with voluses. I don't hate them, but I don't like the sucking sounds when they talk. It's as good a reason as any for total genocide.

Your logic is impeccable.

I'd go with the vorcha, personally. At least volus contribute something to the galaxy, even if it's just being ME's ferengi.

Or ME's running joke.

There's no way I'd sacrifice the Turians though. For one thing, they've got the second-strongest military in the galaxy. I doubt Shepard would be able to stop the reapers without them.

That's a tough call...

I do remember Garrus explaining at one point that he was a deviant to the normal Turian mindset of blindly following orders. If they were ordered to sacrifice themselves to save the galaxy, I think they would follow that order willingly.

OK, there seems to be some confusion about Man-Giraffe-Dog on the forums, notably that it just looks like a Giraffe-Dog. Well... that's the POINT. Why do you think I'm the only one warning you. It's disguised as a Giraffe-Dog until it's ready to take over the world.
OK this is how Man-Giraffe-Dog came to be:
Image IPB

While growing up it was spotted in the wild (but the team was all killed by it and the photos were recovered afterwards)
Image IPB

After which it began its infiltration of humanity, disguised as Giraffe-Dog:

Which leaves us here. Man-Giraffe-Dog is poised to attack and destroy humanity and I'm trying to warn everyone before it's too late. This is totally serial guys. You need to prepare.

Excelsior!

And that's what makes them more awesome than any of the other races. You think humans would go for that? No way. Turians = Win.

No, I wouldn't sacrifice the whole turian species. I think them, and the geth, are one of the more crucial species that we need in our alliance, as 100% of turian people are combat trained, and both the turians and geth have the largest fleets in the galaxy.

probably not. I would find another way...its not like rachni, that is an isolated specie, that attacked citadel species and menaced the galaxy in the past. turians are allies and an intelligent species that you can talk to (believe me that makes a lot), share technology...

If its a do or die last moment decision for the best of the galaxy i would be sorry but yes..but if theres just a minimum chance of that i would save turians or any other sapient specie.

Sacrifice one entire race to save every other? Yes
Sacrifice every race bar one to save just that one? Yes
Without that sacrifice the reapers win and everyone dies.
