Has anyone read the WorldWar series? look it up on wiki. A guy manages to bargain for an alien tank with a bag full of GINGER. But that was just their for comic relief. Anyway, in WorldWar, an alien species comes to invade Earth during World War 2, humanity manages to hold on barely and manages to establish a treaty (mainly cos they reversed engineered the aliens tech from planes to tanks, from guns to grenades, not mention thye managed to make a nuke much earlier. Infact, in this timeline, Russia detonates the first nuke...only it was in their own nation to slow down the aliens. Seems to have worked as it gave every other nation a morale boost, and the alien soldiers starts disobeying and doubting their commanders. Infact the Admiral of the invasion fleet almost got fired by a vote of no-confidence (69% voted to kick him and 75% was needed)). Anyway, the world got split into 4 empires. The Soviet Union, the United States of America and the Empire of **** Germany, and the Alien Empire. Also there is the British Empire (which now consists of itself and is slowly becoming ****fied due to their reliance on Germany) and the Empire of the Rising Sun (Japan) but they play minor roles.

Maybe during the middle of the war, the Reapers meet a standstill with them having a bonus in tech( them attacking results in a phhyric victory), but not numbers, the Council having resources to rebuild, average numbers and average tech, with the Terminus Systems having a large amount of numbers but **** tech...great now it beomces Starcraft with the Terminus becoming the zerg. Well it still a good idea for a mid-game scenerio.

Yes, but not specifically because it would save Earth and humanity. The conflict with the Reapers is so much bigger than that. I would even sacrifice the entire human race if I had to, if that meant ensuring that the rest of the galaxy would never again face the threat of the Reapers for the rest of time. We're not just fighting for the survival of humanity, or the turians, the asari, the salarians, etc., but for the survival of every sentient species that currently exists and will ever exist in our galaxy.

Within the context of the game, of course. I don't take it quite that seriously.
