 Dear Community or Moderators:

This has been a question that so far I don't believe has been address as of yet. The research I've done has suggested that it may has to do with linkage between the Master EA Account and Bioware Social Profile. I have all my DLC for my various Dragon Age games working perfectly (They Sync, and authorize). However I cannot upload manually (or automatically) Character information, or Screenshots (Story related).

If anyone has any insight about this, please post. Unfortunately E.A. Customer Service has absolutely no idea how to help with the issue, their chat responses have been frustrating at the very least.

Thank you.

Yes Cookie, uploading screenshot manually doesn't work for me. Same error occured. I don't know how to upload characters manually though, and I can say that ever since I started UE, no character of mine was uploaded automatically. So I would say there's a big issue regarding our authentication/online profile. I'll try to look at it.

I would like to add (sorry if this is another error) that DLC achievements are broken. I needed to get those achievements again just to unlock items like Battledress for my new characters. These items appear on my most focused character (only one I played before outage).

Hi Cookie, was looking around at what you are saying and came across something really strange. Go back and look at the DLC thread.

Hey Cookie,

I had that problem when I first got the game. What I did was make sure my passwords and authorized email addresses perfectly matched between my BioWare Social page and my EA account. Once I did that, my profile issues disappeared.

Thanks for your reply Syrra, and they do. What doesn't match is the Profile name. Let me try to rename my EA Account RedundantCookie and check again.

Hmm this is certainly an interesting error, I'll see if I can get some info on it and MSG about it. Thanks for peeking about.

Well, I've successfully recreated this error almost everytime, so I posted a new topic here:

Odd... My profile names don't match (my EA account is OLLLLLD!) and it wouldn't let me make a new one, but it still worked. There IS a "DragonAge" (with a bunch of numbers) profile on my EA account... I just made that the active one... Though I doubt this is it, since it likes to revert back to my "Cayce" profile id whenever I log back in there.

Must be something else, but I'm clueless now... ~sighs~ Sorry I couldn't be more help. :(

No worries Syrra, thanks a lot for your post. I actually contacted EA Customer Service yesterday, since this is probably an issue with the "Personas" within the EA Account. At least the issue is a small one, but annoying nonetheless.

Thanks again! ^.^

I'm having this same problem. My situation is a little different, I think, though.
I downloaded the DAO Character Creator specifically so that I could use it to create a character and use the avatar-swapping trick. However, I keep getting this "unable to access online profile storage" message, and no characters have been added to my online profile at all. Is that because you need Origins for PC in order for it to work, or is there a way to fix this?

I have this same. Buying Dragon Age won't solve your problem. I asked support about transfer Dragon Age persona from my old, working correctly account to new, badly working account. Maybe this will solve this problem. If you don't have old account, you may create new one. If this account will work, you may ask support about transfer.
I'm not really sure about this solution. If it will work, I'll write again after receive message from support.
