It plays when you meet the Grey Wardens during the finale of Act 2.

Never mind, found it:
It's probably one of my top 3 DA pieces of music - despite being quite subtle, and not playing very often in either games.
Made me go and start a new DA:O game the minute I ran into the Grey Wardens in DA2 and this played.
