I don't know if this is what caused the problem, but before I wiped my computer I had installed Dragon Age 2 using the CD, but post-wipe I installed it through EADM.

So I recently wiped my computer's hard drive and reinstalled Dragon Age 2. I could've sworn I was playing in 1920x1080 resolution pre-wipe, but now in my configure settings the highest resolution is 1280x1024. Does anyone know how to get back to the higher resolution?

change the aspect ratio to 16:9
Then 1920x1080 becomes available in the drop down menu

I had the same problem when I switched from Steam to EADM.
