@Luke Barrett: I noticed that the many issues being mentioned in this thread haven't been added to the "Xbox 360 Only Issues" in the OP, is that because you've just not listed them yet or because you haven't actually seen those posts yet?

My reasons for asking are slightly selfish, because as I and at least 4 others have posted, there's a stuttering/freezing issue that the patch causes and none of the Dev's have acknowledged it yet.

Thanks for this thread mod, i just wanted to add my weight to the supplier achievement debate.

I can certainly say the problem is not merely a difficulty of getting certain ingredients here and there.. i have done 2 playthroughs, gotten all the ingredients twice, (in fact 7 of 6 spindleweed even), i have tried purchasing or obtaining the final one, getting them in different orders, and absolutely nothing has worked. I know some people are complaining about not being able to get some that are only available during certain quests, but the problem is far deeper than that. The problem is even when u have 66 or more ingredients, u are bloody lucky if the achievement pops, it is just a matter of luck. I have played this game through 3 times and gotten every achievement but this, it is extremely disappointing, can you please let us know if this will be addressed?

We were able to get a few users to extract files from their Xbox and send them to us to parse them. It appears the issue is that the counter isn't working 100% of the time - we're currently trying to get this fixed (as well as Epic which seems to be having the same issue) for the next patch.

Thank you for that info i haven't heard anything until now, it's nice to know the problem is acknowledged and that you are looking into it, so thanks for that.

Is the consoling words problem ambiguous? Would be nice to know whether I should stop sqwauking about it.

I've just started my first new playthrough since the patch, and I am getting the cutscene lag/stuttering some people have been talking about. Was there any defined cause for this?

Edit: I'm also finding party banter very muffled, even when both talking characters are right next to me, I have to keep swinging the camera back & forth to hear what people are saying half the time. This existed before the patch, but seems a lot worse now. I can't make out any party banter without stopping dead in my tracks & swinging camera, it starts off at normal volume then suddenly goes incredibly quiet and muffled.

Downloaded the patch, re-loaded an old save and my mage finally got rid of the slow-mo glitch. Hooray! BUT... now Fenris is locked (literally, it has a lock icon) to my party and I cannot change him for someone else.

At first I thought it could be due to a mission specific to that character, but then I took and completed "Blackpowder Courtesy" and he is still locked to my party. It isn't a game breaker deal like the slow-mo glitch, but it's still annoying. Anyone else has had a similar problem? Read all 11 pages on this thread and couldn't find anything about the subject.

If you take another companions quest (that locks them in to the party) it will fix that issues with Fenris. We've seen this happen on rare occasion with Sebastian and Merrill as well.

Does it not fire when they get taken to the templars/circle either? I know you said it didn't fire when they went grey warden but I dont recall seeing anything about them being taken away.

I haven't played it through again so that I don't make myself sick of the game. There were a few other people mentioning this in the thread; hopefully one of them has tried it although when I looked back through a few pages I just saw folk talking about Bethany with the Wardens.

I don't see this listed in the first few posts of acknowledged issues, so I'll raise this again - the Mage targeting problems, usually after casting an AoE spell. I think it got worse after the patch, but that may be because my character learned more AoE spells, post patch.

The glitch really affects a party's combat effectiveness, especially if there is more than one mage in the party. I'm sure Fenris isn't impressed when he's whaling away on a Golem and he looks back to see Merrill and Anders twirling their staves around uselessly. No wonder he wants them all locked up in the Circle.

New glitch that I've found post patch. When in Act 1 and going to Gamlen's house and interacting with the dog when either Merrill or Anders talks to your dog, there are times when the dog barks but there is no barking sound. This did not happen before I installed the patch.

Another glitch I've found is when talking to Carver in Gamlen's house in Act 1 and he's being an ass I'm only getting the diplomatic and witty conversation options. Missing the jerk/mean option in the conversation wheel. This is during the conversation that unlocks the quest to getting into the estate and getting the copy of the will.

If you choose Darktown at night how come its still day out? All the merchants are still there, the people are moving around and the sky is still blue.

Haha, is that such a bad glitch to have? - hearing the dog bark constantly in the background when I'm talking to people drives me nuts sometimes, Origins party camps was the same :pinched:

I've played both scenarios, it didn't fire when Bethany was taken to the circle or made warden.

I've seen a lot of other people say that going to Hawke's house will fix this as everyone is auto-booted from your party then and you can reselect them upone leaving without them being locked in.

I can also confirm the Consoling Words NEVER fires. Doesn't matter where Bethany/Carver go.

i havent tried another path besides sending bethany to the wardens, as has been said, merril's quests are still bugged to high heck that way. highly annoying.

On my playthtough Allistar did recognise his romance with the warden *married her* but thats the only one that works. I imported directly from origins and had zevran fully romanced,and he acknowledges nothing. Will this be fixed in this patch?

Also with the murder of crows quest, Icant take issabella ,if I do my party cannot go through to fight  the monster. Its like an invisable wall, but it only happens with issabella in my party.

grimfandango, this isn't about the dog barking in the background while talking to a companion. this is about a companion interacting with the dog while at gamlen's place and when it barks in response to the companion talking to it there is no sound.

Lol ok So Umm I had to restart my mage for the 3rd time..I dunno whats going on, everyone has their upgraded weapons, Runes, half of their companion arms..but at the end of the 2nd Act everyone is getting hit so damn hard mainly from the Rage and spirit demons, went to the Evil Pit..just getting trashed on...and its on normal for christ sakes....Now I just restarted the game all over again and it says "Server connection Lost" while loading all my unlock able items ...ummm ok?
