Nope. This was just a reaffirmation of the steps to address that issue. Nothing has changed since we last told you to reinstall Exiled Prince.

This issue was not fixed in this patch. This is one of the higher priorities for a fix right now for the next patch.

This issue was fixed but it is not retroactive. So, if you have a corrupt character, it will still be broken but it will not get any worse. My advice is to load an earlier save where the problem does not exist (or is very minimal) if that is a possibility.
We are currently working to put a full retroactive fix in for the next patch though.

I've got reports on this that it doesn't actually Obscure. It is currently not fixed but we're aware and looking in to it as part of our combat pass.

Yeah, it's a bug. I've expressed that this must be fixed before any DLC comes out. In the mean time you really can't do anything post-game so hopefully its a non-factor for you right now.

Can I just ask if the difficulty was lowered at all in the patch? Last night I couldn't for the life of me complete the Blackpowder quest in act 2 but then after the patch it was a piece of cake I have checked and the difficulty is still set to normal. Maybe it is due to me turning auto attack on?

To my knowledge it wasn't changed at all so it could just be that you got better at the game overnight!

I don't believe tactics were touched in this patch so I'm going to assume that it is still an issue.

Yes, you can only get to the final area if you destroy all of the books.


On the money issue: if you pay the 50 sovereign you get it back at the end of the DRE. If you feel like spending all of your money in Act 1, Dougal will approach you to offer to pay your way. In either case you're not actually going to lose 50 sovereign. The total gold you can earn in Act 1 without using RoFs is around 90 sovereigns.
