Is it possible for someone at Bioware to expand the forums into more groups? maybe a forum for quests and another for items.

Both of those are currently part of Spoilers, and I would think that giving the console players a couple of forums of their own would be more helpful to both them, and to the PC game players.  The place to ask, however, is HERE:

(Edited in a P.S. somewhat later):  This thread, I'm sure, was in the "General Issues" forum when I made that link above, and now it's been magically transported to here, making my suggestion look circular . .

The forums have already been expanded somewhat - the community team will consider adding more forums as needed. There are no plans to add any specific to quests/items at this time, use the main gameplay forum.
