So I spent the whole game being nice, noble and charming to Alistiar. Everything went good, he kissed me, made love, found his mothers amulet, i didnt harden him after meeting goldanna, told the landsmeet that alistiar would rule and i would rule beside him. and after the final battle, alistair proclaim me queen or whatever but when the credits came it called me Princess Consort...WTF!? what happened?

It's just a title, and unfortunately, the PC is not officially "Queen". As w/ the Royals of England, Queen Elizabeth II has Prince Phillip as her consort. He is the Queen's husband, but has no right to the throne. That will fall on Prince Charles, the Queen's eldest living heir. In DA, since King Calin (sp?) and Anora had no heir, the title went to Anora upon his death. (I would be surprised if this has not really happened at some point in England's history.) So if Alister would to die in battle later on and you had no heir, the PC would become Queen similarly to Anora. In the end it is a little bit of a flub. The servants and all would most likely address the PC as "Princess" and not Queen.
Of course "Queen" sounds better when announcig it to the adorring public.

No actually if Alistair died before picking a successor or conceiving an heir Anora, Eamon, and the Princess Consort would have equal claim to the thrown.
If Alistair conceived an heir with the Princess Reagent and then died, she or Eamon could be declared Reagent until the heir comes of age.

Of course given the ending I would be surprised if there was any kind of battle to claim the throne from Eamon's side anyway. I guess that is what fanfic is for.
