I just bought the cerberus network through bioware, but when I go in game it tells me to access a redeem code or buy the network again.
Am I missing somehting?

*points left* click profile and "registered game content" it's all there waiting for you to download and install it. You should have all the cerberus network content there. There's a new character,Normany landing site and a bunch of weapons and armor if i recall.
