... FERTILITY ... duuuh, uhm ... FATALITY!!!!
But I doubt pregnancy is likely, as BioWare couldn't afford to antogonize the fan masses of individual specimen Shepard could not have a child with, for biological reasons. And trust me, these masses WILL be antagonized ...

Exactly. That's what fanfiction is for.Collider wrote...
I'd rather they leave this sort of thing to the imagination of the player, rather than declaring that it happened in the epilogue. Or something like DA:O where the player can describe what their intentions are.

What about Femshep though? Fertilizing and carrying a child are two very different things. But what the hell, if TIM's magical future technology can perfectly reunite all of Shep's various bits and pieces, he/she might as well not have any lasting damage either.xassantex wrote...
TIM made sure he remained " integral" to ensure he would work at his full potential. And we know the importance of testosterone . sooooo, yes i think he can but in my book he swings both ways ;p , so he may have second thoughts. ( he keeps wanting to talk to Jacob who pushes him most of the time, lol
.. maybe joker then ).
This is actually rather interesting now that I think about it. I wonder if the whole "being dead" thing resulted in any unexpected side-effects.

Why do people care about children so much?
'Mass Effect" and "The Sims" apparently sound alike.

completely agree on the testosterone but I doubt they will touch much on it because he has got to save the galaxy I doubt making a family is on his agenda.
(thats saying he did say to grunt on mine at least he does not plan on doing this forever) so possibly he/she could settle down with the man or women of the persons dreams and probably could have the opportunity for children
but knowing it they will make it that you can decide if you want children or not I doubt they want people getting upset for not having a choice in the matter.
Me personally I would like my character (if he survives) to settle down get married and possibly have children but i doubt everyone would want that one

As Mordin said: "Aware that mission is dangerous, different species react differently to stress."
Big crawdads headed to wipe out all of galaxy and people are wanting to have babies... oh, and see male strippers. We are doomed!
