Ok as everyone knows we got a new gameinformer with alot of cool things. But one thing I noticed is were is miranda? I mean you can't get rid of her as a charecter I mean think about it in the arrival dlc you have to go to back to earth to face trial. Isnt miranda on the ship when alliance takes control of it? Atleast try to get her in the game try to place her in the game like...When the ship docks many alliance troops board the ship and take the members of the ship. But they realize that miranda is a cerberus operative and take her into custudy at earth. Then as you know if you read the artical he goes on trial and the reapers attack. Make it so like you have to go and save miranda from the jail before you leave the planet or atleast make it an optional obejective if you want that party member. Because i know that many people out there really like miranda as a charecter in mass effect. She blends very well in there. So Bioware please i beg of you bring miranda back and have her kinda fit into that plot. I am BEGGING YOU Bioware to bring her back. If you do I will love you guys forever because she is an amazing charecter and you really cant get rid of her it wouldnt make sense. Well Bioware i bid you farewell and i hope you read this post and see my opinion on the matter. I will leave this thread open so others may go ahead and post there own opinions on the matter.

I agree She has nowhere to go now, so bring her in for the catfight with Ash! *get popcorn*

I agree, but I also want all the other surviving ME2 Squad members to return, and I want their appearance to consist of more than just a dialog cameo, cut-scene battle, a go-hack-these-terminals-for-me mission, or an email.

She will probably have a big role. I just wish she is a teammate for the whole game.

Enter key is your friend. I wouldn't worry, I'm quite positive of the fact Miranda will be in Mass Effect 3. She has ten inches of cortosis weave reinforced plot armour protecting her during the Suicide Mission, it's harder to get her killed than it is to ensure everyone survives, no way does a character have that much damn plot armour for no reason.

Agreed, and would make things interesting given what we know about Cerberus in ME3

I thought the reason she was so hard to kill was because she was the only one with the advance the suicide mission animations.

I think it is a pretty safe bet that Miranda will be back, provided she survived the sucicide mission.  The vision you experience in the Arrival DLC shows her along with Garrus, IM, Ashley, Dr. Chockwas (I know I am spelling this wrong), and someone else leads me to believe she will be back.

The question is will she be a team member or just another NPC with a few lines of dialog.  I personally hope she is with Shep for the duration of the game.  I am dying to see how the Ash-Miranda love triangle is going to play out...<_<

Around six seconds, it's a blink and you miss it sort of thing, so go through frame by frame.

Can't say I really care. She was the most boring unoriginal character in the whole game. In fact I hope we will only get an email from her.

Miranda has to be back!!!! Im not just saying that because she was my favorite new ME2 character, my LI, and the 2nd best squadmate next to Garrus, but because plot wise it would be a terrible mistake on Bioware's part not to. Also when I say back, I mean as a full time squadie. Story wise it will be intriguing to have some one who was so loyal to Cerberus forced to deal with her former employer and reason for life to be out to kill her and her team. Secondly if Ashley is back, her and Miranda need to be in constant interaction, the Miranda Jack rivalry is nothing compared to what I assume this one to be, especially for those Sheps like mine who did Ashley in ME1 but moved onto Miranda in ME2. Even without the romantic entanglements they'd clash on Cerberus versus the Alliance. Plus I want Miranda to beat Ashley to a bloody pulp.

Try this video:

www.youtube.com/watch

From about 1:33 to 1:48 you see a bunch of ME characters staring off into the distance at something, which I think is a reaper.  Miranda is with this group, includes TIM, Dr. Choc, Mordin, Garrus, Ashley, and someone else.

Miranda has had more character development than both VSs combined.

Miranda and Tali fans are freaking out already... *sigh*

Give it some time, these are only the very first snippets of info being released for ME3, they are bound to get their reveals sooner or later.

Miranda doesn't have character development so much as she just decides to hate Cerberus with no buildup at all.

I'll admit the scene where Shep encourages her to go speak with her sister at the end of her loyalty mission is touching enough, if not entirely unexpected, but the resignation from Cerberus gets talked up far too much. At any rate, I don't think it was supposed to be "Miranda sees the error of Cerberus's ways" so much as "Miranda has come to trust Shepard more than she trusts the Illusive Man", which given her trust issues I suppose could be a character turning point in and of itself, but, yeah, didn't think it was terribly well-executed regardless.
