What happens to Joker, EDI and the Cerberus crew? Where have they been and what have they been doing? Joker might have been recruited back with the Allaicne. But then again, he was with Cerberus, so they might not trust him. Same goes with the rest of the crew Cerberus assigned.

EDI is a special case, since she is actually a part of the ship. But then again, the Allaince might have regulations against letting an AI on board the ship. Have they removed her? Is that possible?

Also, given how short a time period there was between when the Allaince confiscated the Normandy, and when the Reapers reached Earth, how much can thy have really done iwth the Normandy's design? What kind of imporvements can they have done that won't stretch the believability factor?

All questions that need competely baseless speculation. Discuss.

Joker will be grounded. EDI will have zipped up non-essential functions and downloaded herself into earths local internet to hide. Ken will be in the pub, Chakwas will be arguing with alliance brass, Gaby will be looking for Ken, and Kelly... well lets just say she is taking full advantage of some unscheduled shore leave.

Forget slaughtering the Alliance soldiers. When my shep is escaping to the Normandy, I want him to punch the first Alliance soldier right in the face who says "Hey you can't do that!"

I fully plan on leaving Cerberus in the rearview but I have some issues with my former employers. There'd better be some satisfying ways to deal with both cerberus and the Alliance.

First - why the f*ck am I on trial when I'm no longer an Alliance soldier. I'm a Spectre.

Second - hands off my ship you who declared me dead, discredited me, disbanded my crew and did nothing about the Collectors.

Im guessing the council didn't want to deal with Shepard so they threw him to the Alliance to deal with...As for non-Spectre Shepards they're basically vigilantes lol so its no surprise that they would be on trial.

EDI will probably go into hiding in the Normandy's systems, if she can't get off the ship in time. She's clever enough to escape anything short of the physical removal of her hard drives, I think.

AI's require specialized equipment  as their main "brain" (quantum blue boxes).  If they're copied/stored on some other medium, and the files loaded onto new hardware, they change and effectively become a new person.

All I gotta say is, if ANYONE has laid a hand on those Thanix canons I'm going to punch them, hard. My Shepard is as pro-Alliance as they come but she worked her arse off to upgrade HER Normandy and no way is she going to let it be downgraded. It's her crew, her ship, and she's not giving it up without a fight.

I think there won't be that much changed: just enough to make the ship feel different from before, similar but not as drastic as the jump from ME1 to ME2.

Normandy needs new paint anyway. Other than that, if they want me to help with Reapers I want my old crew back. And no new "AWESOME BUTTON" thank you.

I don´t mind if someone makes more Normandy Mk.II class ships, but I want my ship back when they are done studying it. With EDI in it.

The Gameinformer interview says that the alliance has taken over the Normandy.

It says that it's taken apart, studied and rebuilt. They say it's "still the Normandy, but it's different again got some different parts and rooms to explore."

Hopefully there won't be the awful cerberus logos anymore. Some secret organization.

I could see EDI using something like the Shepard VI as a mask of sorts to hide behind so it's not readily apparent she's an AI.

I think I'll worry about what happened to the crew, joker and EDI right after I've killed the person (or people, don't care how many) who took the normandy from Shepard in the first place. It's time to really send a message here: You screw with Shepard, you die. Simple and easy to remember. (Think I might pull a 180 and go from Pure paragon to mostly renegade)

Either way, EDI stays. As far as I know there's no way to actually remove EDI from the ship. More importantly now that EDI is in control of the whole ship, there's not a lot they can do to her (or it). EDI's voice actress (can't remember the name) stated on her twitter account she did some voice acting for ME3, pretty much confirming EDI stays.

Doctor Chakwas and Joker will probably be exempted from a trial because they were alliance. I'm sure Hackett will pull some strings to get them free. As for the rest of the crew, they're Cerberus and so they may be put on trial for that. We'll have to wait an see....

Other than that, I don't have a problem with the Alliance. I'm a rogue spectre with no ties to anyone but influence with everyone.
