Unless your renegade, in which they take it from you. Which makes sense, the normandy sr2 is sadly one of the most advanced ships in the galaxy.

Potentially letting the reapers win in the process? Got it. Pro human indeed.

Oh no I never said anything about the reapers wining. but I will be a ultra hardcore renegade towards the Alliance and I will do what ever I desire no matter how much it pisses the Alliance off. I will save the galaxy in 3

Damn, I missed out the obvious 4th option in my list...

Troll.

Paragon doesn't equate pro-Alliance and Renegade doesn't equate pro-Cerberus.

But even if they were...

Paragon Shepards would hand the SR2 over without moaning, knowing it's technology and information could help the Alliance create better ships of their own which would help bring down the Reapers.

Renegade Shepards would hand the SR2 over with just a little bit of moaning, knowing that even though it's a terrorist ship full of terrorist secrets. It could help the Alliance end up with better ships that could help Shepard against the Reaper threat and place Humanity in a much stronger postion with regards to the rest of the galaxy afterwards.

Either way, the SR2 is being taken away from Shepard and is not necesarily an anti-Cerberus action.

Maybe if you have a renegade Shepard would do that but the Alliance does not give a dam about anything pro human. My renegade Shepard does not like that they stole My ship so he will destroy and do anything to harm the Alliance in 3.

This is a game, you have to play by the setting-rules. Shep is military commander, deal with it. If you cant get the point what it means to be in the military, then noone can help you, and you have to suck it up. Even IF you see a renegade Shep as someone who gives a damn about Alliance. Such a Shep is the captain of a terrorist vessel, terrorist equals enemy. Lets say during the cold war, when a russion aircraft crashed over US territory, do you think US is going to give it back to the "soviets"? Sure as hell they will ^^ and they give a dam about how Russians feel here. This is the very same, the Alliance (and BW) dont care how you feel dear Cerberus fanboy. Cerberus was full or crap during ME1, they are full of crap in ME2, but look "pretty" on the surface, and now its going to bite you in the ass, as Cerb is again crap in ME3 (or will be) and you are pissed. In RL this is called lack of common sense and judgement.  Im not an alliance fanboy and I dont hate Cerberus, actualy, the goals of Cerberus are, lets say, noble. But, their approach to reach this goals is hilarious at best and utter bull.... This is like talking to a kid who stomps the feet on the ground, saying "im going to hold my breath for so long, until you give me right". I love the internet, you can give millions of hints and ideas away, yet people keep denying it. Nevermind, maybe Im wrong and wil be surprised by ME3. The exchange is over.

Oh I get that Bioware is making Shepard a Alliance Soldier in 3. I am a son of a Military vet so I understand the miliatry part of it. so I will approach the 3rd game as a Soldier would while My Shepard hates being forced back into the Alliance he will get the job done but he will seek his revenge in a way that hurts the Alliance.
