Hi all
I just recently bought 1600 Bioware points to purchase some DLC and I received them fine. Then I tried to buy some more and I reveived an error at the receipt stage and I have been charged for the points twice but I haven't reveived any more after the first lot I purchased.
I have no idea how to email Bioware about this because I can't find a Customer Support email address so this seemed like the best place to post.

You need to contact EA Support. At the bottom of this page you'll see five columns. Look for the one titled 'Help', and select 'BioWare Game Support'.
