I asked EA Support for help in this matter, to which I receieved in a broken English response that they were unable to acquiesce my request.

So I ask here, whether it is possible to have my Dragon Age Online Storage purged for my XBOX 360. I believe I have a character uploaded that is preventing me from uploading my Dragon Age II characters, and frankly it's a little more than annoying. I'm sure others with this sort of problem would like this option as well.

So come on BioWare. Make this happen for your player base.

i support that, as phantom screenshots are also messing up my (PC) on-line storage :/
