Isabella in DA2, while a vast improvement, looks absolutely NOTHING like her Origins versian? I was playing through Origins the other day for some sweet Alistair threesome action and in my head I'm picturing our very tan and very alluring Isabella. oh-my-god-what-the-hell
......Isabella is old and gross in Origins.
I've scoured the boards and everyone has noticed Zevran, Alistair, Leliana, Teagan...has no one noticed this?!? Then again...it IS 4 in the morning...maybe I'm delusional

Oh gee, I think nobody noticed that. Thanks for pointing out, Captain Obvious.
Joke, joke.
Yeah, her appearance drastically changed. In my opinion it could have been a little less prostitute-style, but guess it fits her character.

Honestly I don't like the new (DA2) Isabella very much. The DAO Isabella struck me as a "rogue with a heart of gold" type (like Han Solo in Star Wars). Of course we didn't get to interact with her much, but she made her essetial decent nature known.
In DA2, she is a conniving, self-interested female dog (in heat). She doesn't seem to care about anything or anyone but herself and if you do quests that try to help others (such a first Sacrifice) you pile up the Rivalry in a hurry. The Qunari presence is entirely her fault but she can't be bothered to tell you (or anyone else) about it, and finally in Act 3, she wants you to let a vile slaver (of the worst kind) live so she can blackmail his ship from him.
Honestly, I am to the point where Isabella can drink at the bar until then end of Act 1 and then go away, and she can take her diseases with her (and yes if you don't talk to Isabella before you leave on the deep roads, she's gone for good...and IMO good riddance!)

She's sexy smart and hotter than hell. To each his own I suppose.

Social Diseases and selling people out are both real turn-offs for me,and Isabella doesn't strike me as particularly smart quite honestly, but I'll agree. To each their own.

While I do believe she is far more physically attractive in DA2( I gots me a thing for boobs
) I much prefer her attitude in Origins. She makes you work for the Duelist class but seems sincere in who she wants to teach it to. You wouldn't really know that you could do *cough* bedroom work *cough* unless you brought it up first. I don't sleep with her in DA2 because I'm afraid of Herpagonasyphllaids.
At 4 am the obvious seems considerably inobvious to me. My job is ridiculous boring so I spend my nights lurking the boards. No doubt there will be plenty more "Did you notice the -insert ridiculously obvious subject here-" posts.

I've noticed that too. Isabella went from being wierd, kind of grey or brown skinned to looking black with a chin pierceing. I also noticed Isabella had a flower in her hair? Actually I think that was her other sword. NM on that. Regardless they still at least kept her saucy personality but upped her looks.

You're doing it wrong.
Actually, if you take 'Bela along to visit with King Allister, he even mentions that she looks different, and then she says oh, don't we all.
Since they all do look different.
Zev and my girl Leliana (who seems to have forgotten that we had a thing going) look about right, but everyone else returning for a cameo looks different. I mean, seriously, I met Flemeth and she didn't have that post-punk hair-do and sexy leather domme outfit then.
I can understand Bodhan looking older, though, taking care of Sandal looks likely to add years to anyone.

I like her looks in DA2, but i prefer her personality in DA:O.
In DA2, she's a somewhat self centered ex captain, who lives for the fun, and behaves like a modern day partygirl, but she simply fakes a shallow persona in order to push away people, in order to keep her real self safe. It adds some depth to the character, showing that she's not all about sexual puns.
In DA:O she seemed like a more serious person with loose morals. I liked the way she described being on the ship, and her confident personality. I think that BW should have followed that path, but i'm not unhappy with the DA2's Isabela either.
