Citadel News Net Update

Over a dozen embassy personnel are currently being held in custody after an unprecedented C-Sec raid on the Shifty-space-cow embassy on the Presidium.  According to Council representatives, C-Sec officers confiscated more than one million credits worth of stolen goods and contraband.  They also secured the release of numerous hostages, who were believed to have been kidnapped over a week ago.  Preliminary investigation suggests they were destined for a Batarian forced labour camp somewhere in the Terminous Systems. 

However, in a prepared statement C-Sec captain Bailey assured the public that "any link between these kidnappings and the recent string of disappearances is presently circumstantial and we urge you to hide your kids, your wife and/or your husband until the current crisis has passed."
