i installed DA2 and even registered it. but when i press plya the GAME DOESN'T START
there is no error..nothing! just the game won't start. Please help guys

http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en try downloading and installing this. The problem you are describing is similar to previous issues i've seen that were solved by this.

when I try to run the patch 1.02 it says I do not have DA2 installed, but while I am running DA2, it says cannot run patch due to DA2 or a component running already. What folder does the patch demand I place DA2 in to "register"?

It should just find where you installed it automatically no matter what drive you have it installed on. Does it say the correct drive in the directory location before you click install?
