With the various mods that alow you to gear up your companions full just like you do Hawke I was wondering if any modder would be kind enough to create evolving chest piece armors for the companions that preserve their unique looks. This way you can still "play dress up" as much as you want but still have a worthwhile chest piece you can equip to put the companion back into their signature look.
Such a mod would also be useful for those cases where bioware didnt make models for certain races/body parts since the chest piece would give the wearer a whole outfit visually while still allowing the npcs to wear gloves/boots/etc
