System Specs:
MSI Hawk Radeon HD 5770 1GB
Intel Quad Core I-5 2.8 Ghz
4 GB of RAM
1TB Memory
Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit

Upon opening it I thought it froze but it was actually just running so slow that it appeared to be frozen.

Any help?

try installing directx 9.0c

I did win7 home as 32bit and I have had zero performance problems
