I just started a new game as a female noble warrior. I went to the Larder and lo-and-behold the game would not let me name the dog. Now, before anyone says anything, I have played DAO over 100 times and I know exactly what to do in the larder. That's not at issue here. The fact that the game would not let me name the dog, however, is!?!

I just seems odd that I have been playing DAO since early 2010 and I have always been able to name the dog, regardless of my character class. I doubt very seriously if it is one of the 3rd party mods that is causing it, as I have had these mods installed for several months now without any problems --save on EA or Bioware's end recently.

Unfortunately, this isssue has caused me to unistall the game and resinstall it. Just like I had to do the the EADM yesterday, that wasn't working properly either --as everyone well knows of late. If I didn't know any better I would dare say the both EA an Bioware are trying to discourage people from playing DAO: and, to play DA2 instead --especially when DAO is far more popular among players where as DA2 is not?!? Anyway, I just thought I mention the dog issue. Thanks.
