Once I installed the final version of 1.02, I can no longer access the
dev console to verify plot states are correct. ~ no longer works

that's the shortcut I use... and ~ is mapped to the dev console still in the ini file

The console worked in 1.0, 1.01, and 1.02 beta, but stopped working in 1.02 final
