Why is there no option to manually set 'Ally: Surrounded at least by # of enemis"

It's weird that Rogue's Back-to-back auto script have that option but when I try to manually set it it's not avilable.  I know I am not the only one.

And I remember similiar issue in Dragon Age Origin, where auto script had setting that I can't do it manually.  It drives me batty.
