Patch 1.02 installed? - check
Key registered on old BW account? - check
Key for BDtS acquired from account @ old BW accountpage? - check
Got the right language download? - check

Run install for BDtS, insert key, installer 'validating licence file', then gives the message 'Failed to install Bring Down The Sky'.

Not happy.

Please help?

I have the same issue. No one here seems to care, however, since my request for help has been ignored too. The one difference is that I get no error message at install. It apparently does it but nothing shows up in game.

Have you reformatted your pc since the last time you installed ME1 & BDtS.

I'm a late comer to the ME traverse, and installed BDtS last night. I followed the instructions, and under Win7 64bit it installed 1st time no probs.... I would guess it's registry problems for you fellas....

Having just got a new PC, I had to re-install DA:O, ME1 & ME2, on Win 7 64bit.
I found that I had to re-install all parts of ME1 using 'Run as Administrator' as on the first install PS and BDtS both failed and on inspecting the ME1 install, the CD key hadn't taken. (EADM Version of ME1 prepatched to 1.02).

But further details of your system, OS and drivers would help others to help you.
