When I first bought Mass Effect 2 a month ago, I created an EA account in game through the Cerberus Network feature. Since I was not aware of the dr.peppr-promo-code-bonus-prize-feature and the importance of maintaining a link between your EA and Bioware accounts, I simply entered in a random password and an email address I don't frequently use.
Two weeks later, when I learned about the existence of these forums, I created anothe EA/Bioware account, unaware as I was of the import behind such features.
Now that I figured out, well everything, I am presented with a problem. I do not know the email and password of the original EA account I created and therefore cannot link any prizes I have redeemed to that account. I am stuck with this secondary Bioware/EA account to which I ironically know the password and email to (for I took great care the second time around) but have no conceivable way of deleting the original one and linking this account to my gamertag.
Is there anyway I can use the gamertag that corresponded to the aforementioned original account to retrive that account's information? Or am I screwed?

It seems to me you have several problems going on.
(1) You have an EA account that you do not have the relevant details to.
(2) You have more than one EA account which are not linked together. (This can be resolved if you have all the relevant details and contact EA on their support pages and Live Chat I presume as well.)
I'm pretty sure, but I can't verify it now as I'm not permanently connected to Live, that the email should pop up with the associated Gamertag under a specific option. That might give you some idea of where to start to resolve (1).
I'm sure someone on the boards will know what to do.

Thank you for the help. I will look for that option.
Isn't it also possible for EA to work backwards from my gamertag to retrieve my account information?

I take it that you have your Gamertag linked to the 'unwanted' EA account?
It might be possible for them to act as you want if you provide them with the info. (At the very least having the email your Gamertag is associated with would be required I would assume, but I am just guessing.) But that would be an EA support thing to be honest.

Having 'said' that though, have you tried just adding your Gamertag to your wanted EA account? (I feel that this might not work but it's worth a try at least.)
