I'd say she's probably a mix of Latina and Welsh, considering her last name is Williams. But who's to say what other ethnicity aren't mixed in there, or are potentially mixed in. Because I believe, someone correct me if I am wrong, but it stated somewhere in the ME Database that most, if not all, humans are now of a mixed heritage.

It says something like that, but there are plenty of people with disticnt ethnicities so it is probably like how you might know a friend who is 1/32 cherokee.  Which got me thinking, the codex really should be avaialble on their web site.  It would be cool if I could look this stuff up without going into the game.

Ha, like a last name mean anything these days. I have a british last name and I'm black as night. My Mom's maiden name is british too and her father was a chinese mix.

Shepard went to Macapá too. Doesn't mean Shepard and Ashley are Brazilian (I am though). That's just where Alliance Basic Training is located.

Thanks, I'll have to look closer at the wiki.  I still wish the web site had the codex just like it is in the game.  Well not with sound, i hate sound on web pages.
