I Talk with EA in live chat and they told me that ME2 ( PC ) got an online map/
They give me a Cerberuse network code and i put it was Valid and than nothing happend...
I searched all bioware site and found nothing on Online maps..
So please some one can tell me how to enter online maps ?.

What the hell is an Online Map? There is no Multiplayer option for ME2. There are only Add-Ons and DLCs.

Perhaps they were referring to a new DLC.
Map meaning a new location.
Because that's as close to a new Map as the game gets.
