Amongs the many headaches that the male Champion Robes give me (Trogdor the Maginator arm aside seriously what happened),  the screwed up glove texture is one of the most annoying. It doesn't wrap correctly, I assume it shares its texture with the female glove so man Hawke's synthol/roided/Chris Redfield arm is too big for it or something?



Anyone tried to fix this yet? Normally I wouldn't care but it's so obvious when you have to stare at it all the time. Ah mage armor I wish I knew how to quit you but you are so pretty...

Also, anyone tried to fix the shininess of the cloth? I hate that everything looks like it's been dipped in a reflective coating, rather than reflecting light the way the material (cloth and leather parts) should.

No, you are a beauteous angel and did nothing wrong.

It's separate from the part you fixed anyway, but it's always been like that even without mods.

Okay. I'll take a look at it when I get up today. No promises, though, because if it's a UV mapping issue, then there's nothing I can do.

Textures are indeed shared (iconic mage located in female folders, iconic rogue and warrior in male folder), so I believe the issue is one of UV mapping in this case.

What Sunnie said. Is it that little band on the right that goes to the glove that's the problem?

Yep, where the bands should wrap around the arm they do not and then have that big black triangle in the middle.

It's just annoying since you look at your character's back most of the time and it's not exactly something that isn't obvious, to me at least.

I haven't completed a male hawke playthrough. I'll make a fix but could you test it for me yukidama?

Glove off for reference, glove on with mod installed and all over mods removed from override.

(scary arm is scary)

Argh bioware...I think I know the problem..it has nothing to do with the male texture.

No. Just another case of a screwed up mao mmh.  The male glove was pointing to the female texture.

Hmm, it fixed the weirdness on the non-glove part, but it's still screwy

That still looks like a UV map issue (though I could still be wrong). This does not happen with female version.

let me upload it again yuki. I didn't save it correctly in the gff. I had to add it to a new Hawke and it's working now.
