Hello,
I have been changing a few things in the custom content scope - like tilesets mostly.
So now after getting everything to seemingly work in the toolset - I started to get on with the design of an area - the thing is the changes are not showing up ingame during testing - nothing i add like triggers and npcs seem to make it into the game. Has this ever happend to anyone?? Reloading the toolset and everything I changed is there, just like it should be. The area is relatively developed to near completion - just the latest things are not showing up.
Help!
Changes to area not appearing in game during testing

Are you using an alternate -home directory? or something like that, and forgetting to copy stuff over from your working directory to the play folder ..?
example, I had the reverse problem once - i was making changes to the .Tlk and it wasn't showing up in TS. until copied from Docs to Install folder.

I checked the default save directory and it was all good - as far as I can say anyway. But thanks anyway.

I tried to use nwn2utilsmaxplugins2.3.0.exe - maybe that messed up everything somehow - the question is if it did mess things up how do I fix it??

I ran into an issue with an area not updating. I assume it was a currupt file within the module. I was able to export it to another module and it would work but if I exported it back into the original module it would revert back to the un-updated version. It isn't a resolution to your issue but maybe it is something to look at. I was using a campaign so I just ran that area from a different module where it worked.

I am building in directory mode - so I tested a different mod and the changes also did not show up....
I might reinstall - but if it is anything in my override it will be hours dumped to waste trying that way.

Ok this is gonna sound really typical - somehow I ended up with a copy of my modules directory buried deep in my override folder! UNBELIEVABLE!
Everything is good again.
