Whoo! I have carried over from Origins > Awakenings > Golum's Of Amgarrak over 600 arrows of various kinds, and 2 top bows and a good cross bow.
But...uh....I forgot to get books to respec the 2 moron's archery lines and now they can't/won't use them! Gaaa!
So... the question becomes- playing on hard on a PC without archery or respecing the 2 bozo's seems to be a lost cause. I can beat the Harvester on normal, but not on hard. So what am I missing, besides saying t that I did it.
Or am I missing something here? Casting storm of the century seems to do less damage than a whimpy arcane bolt.
Ooops...

Here is how I did it last week on NM:
When you load the DLC there should be 1 respec Tome you can use. Im guessing you imported a mage, since you talk about storm of the century?? Anyways I didnt import and made a new char. Went with a spirt healer. I used the tome on the Brother and made him more of a tank type. I used the Rhino to grab the skeletons since he can run faster then anyone else and kill/kite them. When there were too many I think you can click levers ( i didnt). I just had the rogue help out for a minute. You can also have the rhino grab everyone and run around while the rest of u beat on the harvester or the skeletons ( I did this in normal and it worked great) Take advantage of the fact he can run fast.
You can do this on NM with a new char, its hard yes, and I had to reload alot, but the first phase was the problem for me. During Phase 2 the harvester did less damage to the tank and he would sometimes go off for a bit so I could heal up. But when he does this hes summoning adds. I did have to rez during battle so make sure both the golem and mage arent dead, I dont know if its possible to to do NM with a new char and him not being a healer. The only other heal (which I also used alot) is the golems and I used it when it was up. Because it seems like hes got endless mana. but I dont know if this is enough on NM to do the whole party.
You might have to play the whole campaign again, but it should only take 1-2 hours at most since you know the content. But its definetly doable on NM with a new char. will have to pause alot and micro everyone but the tank.
Good Luck!!

Golems of Amgarrak isn't that long. You wouldn't lose much progress if you started over and bought more stuff with your warden next time.
By defeating the harvester on hard/nightmare, you get achievements, which also unlock bonus items that automatically appear in the inventory of new/current characters.

There are so many threads on beating the Harvester on hard/nightmare, just search for Harvester and there are topics with over 10 pages worth in.......
