Bioware, I understand that improving the game’s functionality via patches is very difficult if not
impossible. Very few changes can be done after the release date of a game via
patches and these changes cannot be drastic, I knew this from the very beginning.
So I’m not asking you if you’ll eventually improve the game’s functionality,
all I’m asking is whether Bioware believes that something can be done for at
least audio sync and cuts. I know that nobody (even from inside Bioware) can be
certain for the success of an applied fix so all I (and if you read carefully
the forums not the only one) want to know is whether the devs are trying to fix
anything else except from the Genesis glitch. There is a big difference between
trying and succeeding so I don’t believe that I am asking you something you
can’t answer. If you answer that the devs are trying to solve more issues than
the Genesis glitch but don’t have high hopes for the results, you won’t
increase our expectations so I believe that my question isn’t so difficult to
answer. If you answer that Bioware believes that the game’s known technical
issues (audio issues, graphical errors, frame rate inconsistency and collision
detection issues) cannot be even lessened via patches I’ll also understand. But you
must at least tell as if there are any attempts for audio improvements (no
matter of their success).

I agree with you! It would be nice to have some sort of confirmation on whether or not they are working on the audio problems.

I would like to know as well. Since my purchase of Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 is hinging on whether or not the audio syncs can be fixed. What I like about Bioware games is the sense of immersion, so I'd at least like that much fixed.
