So, I think my Hawke should be in a relationship with Isabela. Supposedly, its claimed, a good test of this is the aftermath of "A Murder of Crows" when Zevran and Isabela ( if she is in the party ) talk sex and if the romance is active, Hawke can join in or ask Isabela not to.
To which she repleis, "fine but there had better be plenty of sex later", or something like that.
Point being is this a reliable indicator, ie the above happens meaning the Isabela/Hawke romance is active ?
Because, sure enough, that happened and given how hard it is to work out just what is going on romantically in game, given how little interaction there is for it, I assumed that outcome post Crows meant it was active.
( and the codex entries regarding the spat between Hawke and Isabela post the Arishok battle also fit the entry matching romance being active.....ie "it was always about you" )
But now I'm approaching game end and am talking to everyone in the Gallows prison and the conversation with Isabela completely lacks any of the romantic element it should have if that were the case. Its just the friend dialogue.
So obviously the romance is not active....and yet the Crows dialogue and codex entry suggested otherwise. Bugged or not ?
Has anyone yet figured out exactly where in the savegame file the flags for plot romance are and what they should be set to an perhaps how this can be fixed in GFF editor ? ( Since setting the console doesn't work in Act 3 )
