No consent or drugs required, Zevran has a natural +10 to suprise but-secks he's just that good.

Besdies why would you want to kill him? Apparently he hits on everything that moves (and probably a few things that don't), I'd bet money has some of the most entertaining banter in the game, right up there with the Alistair and Morrigan snipping at each other. Of course he's no Dog, but then again nothing compares to the pure win that is Dog.
