 I have been trying to follow the guides people have posted here but I havent found a answer/solution to my problem

So I want to change the models of my characters, mainly my companions. I have managed to change the weapons using the info provided here but when trying to change the model of i.e. Aveline she becomes a floating head.

Im trying to change her model into Meredith armor but no luck what so ever. 

Any help is apreciated.
