This is a running topic that BioWare is currently aware of. Since numerous topics have been made on the issue, I thought that I'd simply start a thread that is now in the proper place. The Xbox 360 now has its own technical forum, which should make it very easy to keep track of this issue. If you have been affected, feel free to say as much. Also, understand that this is not a place to whine. Chris Priestly recently posted information, stating that the issue was being addressed. Hopefully, this thread can be used to keep those Xbox 360 owners who have been affected up to date.

We are currently looking into how best to address the achievements issue. Microsoft didn't post the updated achievement list until Nov 6th, which was the European release date. Achievements unlocked before this date did not register on Xbox live for this reason. We have been investigating ways to address this with the current game and server systems but have been unsuccessful so far. We will likely need to release a title update to fix this issue, which will take a while as title updates needs to go through the standard certification process.
The good news is that the achievement unlocks did register properly on your EA profiles, so it looks like once the title update is available you'll automatically get the missing Xbox achievement unlocks.

We're working on it, and will support our consoles versions as best as we can given whatever limits exist for each platform. It takes time.
For us to release anything close to launch we would have needed to start working on it before the game shipped. MS is actually fairly good and it is not uncommon for them to help get things out sooner when they can, but this isn't always possible. And none of that is taking into account what time is actually needed to find and fix the actual issues - which of course varies.
There are also specific limits to what kinds of things you can fix using DLC vs title updates - it's not always possible to just use DLC.

Sora Kitano wrote...
According to the Melo, we were supposed to be getting the patch at the same time as PC. That obviously isnt the case as there was a shadow edit to Melo's post and only PC was put out today.
If we get ours any time soon, then we will either be up to date, or they will never hear the end of the angry rage from the console owners before they see the lack of faith in the devs start jumping over to their other projects.
Sora - I'll repeat part of my response from the PC forum where you also posted a similar comment. I put the link here to where each week I've been doing a brief update and I think I've been pretty clear (or at least have been trying) to separate what is a PC patch (now on 1.02, with work on 1.03 underway) and Console update (likely to be dubbed update #1 as we get closer, which I did mention was also underway) - these are completely different dev threads and I would expect will continue to release independent of one another as they become available (at least for now).
A balance issue on the console is not necessarilly a problem on PC. A mem leak on the PC may already be addressed on the console as this was finished months after the PC.
Each platform will get its updates based on the priority of the issues - based on what folks are reporting here, what we get from our regular contact with EA customer support, and what the platform manufacturer's rules allow us to do.
Hope that helps.

There is a title update including this fix in certification. It is currently slated to be released along with Return to Ostagar.
