Anyways, your complaining as such won't make you feel better and it won't rush the process, nor will they affect people outside of possibly hurting their feelings or wasting the time to read/write these posts.

I paid for something that was broke, since there's no refunds, my complaining is how I vent my frustration. If the game worked right you woulden't hear a peep out of me. I loved mass effect and for that reason I love bioware for making it, so in turn I gave another one of their titles a shot, and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. If the world diden't complain about anything nothing would get fixed in the end. But thanks for trying to shove your high and mighty attitude upon the rest of us, and its think outside of the box, not act.

Good to hear! I'd say that it's more than reasonable to have a fix for a minor issue just over a month after release. Of course I'll probably be broke in time and money now that I'll be playing this and ME2. Bring on the DLC!

Not trying to flame, but anyone else think it's funny that LevitasVeneficus makes fun of nerds on a forum when he's complaining about pointless X-box nerd-chievements?

The only games I ever buy are games I want to play, I don't buy games to increase my gamer-score and there's so few achievements for games that are actually a challenge, the majority of them are achievements for wasting time. At least in WoW and TF2 they reward you with some random items for getting achievements. X-box games... not so much.

They are doing the same thing now with some first party games from MS. ODST has some avatar freebies for some of the achievements. Most of the time I wont bother trying to get all the achievements in a game unless I actually can get into a game enough to do so. Like with DAO which is my second game in two years on XBL

Well, I am not sure which 50 points are missing, but I imagine it is from the DLC.
I have both Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner. I got all 4 achievements for both.

If I look at my achievements I only see 670, but if I do a compare with someone on my friend's list it shows 720. It shows 35 out of 54 unlocked which is accurate on my listing in detail view, but 33 out of 54 in the overview.

The Warden's Keep DLC achievements were unlocked on 11/6/09

So to address many people's concerns, if we have recovered our gamertag since "unlocking" these achievements (which now no longer show on the console, only on the Bioware Social); will this forthcoming patch still "fix" the game so that we can either 1) unlock the achievements again or 2) have the achievements show up (finally) on our gamertag??

I can not get the traveler achivement after i have done 6 playthroughs i go to every area and i looked up all of the list of areas and gone above the minumum requirment for this achievement but i have never gotten yet, the worst part is it's the last one i need to have all of the achievments, any advice from anyone

loaded up dao this morn and all 4 of dlc achievements were locked again YAY!!! but now it saying i got 49 out of 55 achievements the achievement for shales memory is showing as unlocked and locked in my profile?????? oh well im gonna start a new char and play thru again anyways hope its sorted now!!

Did you go into every room?  Every area does not work you have to go to every room.  For instance in redcliffe a lot of people seem to miss going to the upstairs area in Kaitlyn's house and the Unbound quest in Denerim.

Many thanks to BioWare for getting out a fix on this issue. The newest information has been posted as an update at the top of the Xbox 360 technical support forum. Our patience has paid off. Now, time to let my thread die...

Deleting your profile and then recovering it does the trick. Just make sure when you delete your profile you tell it NOT to delete all your game saves associated with it.

Yeah, I just recovered it from the option in the dashboard and the achievements popped. Cheers Bioware.
