I have to say, that Im also reporting bugs directly to EA. Ok, it was just one summatized bug-email so far to them, but maybe I got the right vibes in this letter. They answered personally and it sounds to me the support-women (a women named Joanna) answered without lies. I have to agree that I will also hold my ms-points back till the date arrives when something is changing in / with our game. No need to support a possible dead project...But lets wait first. The email I got from EA was in german, so a copy and paste wouldnt help in this parts of the forums. But sounded okay to me.

No offence, rule #1 in custumer service is BS the custumer, if they make you think you're happy then you think you're happy.    But you're right, might as well see what happens.

 I'm having problems with getting the armor set bonus for different sets of armor. Didn't have a problem playing the game the first time through. The only thing I can think of that I did was......I went to get Shale as soon as I could leave Lothering.....and I went to Soldiers Peak just after I got Shale. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't wanna delete my save data, but if that's what it takes....then so be it.

Please HELP I am stuck in a glitched quest which wont stop..im defending a village with ser perth from this evil that comes at nightfall and they are ALL dead and no one else is coming out of the green smoke,yet they insist on telling me to keep looking and there are monsters lurking about, and the fight music is still playing and no one will do anything except just stand there so I need to know how to get past this because i cant load a save point before this, my only one being a save point in the middle of the fighting. please help if possible

Emma have you tried loading the save from the middle of the fight? that might help it end. other than that the only thing I can say is to start over or perhaps there will eventually be a patch that will end your pain. I hate to say it, but welcome to the buggy world of DA,O.

I had a similar thing happen where nothing would advance after the Redcliffe attack.  There is one corpse still lurking who hasn't spawned yet.  He's usually down by the docks and he doesn't spawn till you're right on top of him.  Keep walking around those buildings and hopefully he'll pop out.

This is true this happened to me during one of my fallout 3 playthroughs and sure enough acouple days later the red ring of death came and sucked the soul from my 360,i had to send it in for repair,now its fine again,or...atleast for now...

Well I am not sure about were to post this. But I would like to know, if it is possible to register a used 360 game? I bought Dragon Age Origins used. And have paid for by Microsoft credits, the Keep and Golem downloads. When I try to register, it tells me that the code is not good. I can only assume that the original owner registered the game. I would be more than happy to pay a used game fee, if need be. I thought I had been registered through my EA game account. But I guess not. Had really wanted to show off my city elf I had creaded.

 I was playing Dragon Age Origins on my xBox when I bumped the xBox and it ruined the disc. I bought it new for $60 and now it seems that the only option I have is to buy it again because I really want the game. But I was hoping that BioWare would be willing to strike a deal on getting a new game. I would even take a used one for like half price or something like that. If I sent in my game so you could see that the xBox ruined it, not me, could something like that be arranged? Thanks for your help.

Esazi, try and get in contact with them directly via email. Let them know you have a damaged disc and need a replacement. Many companies will let you send in the bad one (sometimes a small fee is required) and replace it. After all you already paid for the use of the media, you just have a damaged medium making your media unusable.



Make sure you email both EA and Bioware.

Hi Guys!

Im in Spain for a few days and thought i'd buy DA:O here.

My question is: will the game be dubbed or will it have the English soundtrack (and the rest)? I'm from Finland myself, and our stuff is sold in the original language (excluding packaging). I know the spanish like dubbing thier movies and such, does the same happen for console games?

Hope I dont offend anyone with asking a question that can easily be answered by doing research  Tried looking on the web, didnt really get a clear answer... Does anyone have a straight answer to give?

I looked at the support site for the 360 but found no info.  My problem is and its not just in this game had some of the same issue with Mass Effect and a few other games. I use a SD 36 inch tv. And the txt on screen is just to small to read...I have to stand about 2 feet from the tv to see my dialog choices for my D.age charictor as well as any thing I have to read...It appears like they just ported the game to the xbox 360 from the pc with out much playtesting as far as txt/font size goes. Don't they know the xbox 360 has a wireless controler and most people liketo play stting on the couch 10 feet or more away from the tv....the game is almost unplayable until the combat parts.
Does any one know of any way to increase the fount size for the game? and or perhaps have Bioware make a patch for the game that could be d/l to the xbox?

Its not just this game I've noticed it in alot of games...and no its not my eys...

Im new the the whole role playing scene (fell in love with KOTOR and now DA:O)

I am in Denerim after just leaving Orzammar and the SGT in Denerim asked me to clear out the Pearl of the Bandits (which I have, Peacefully - intimidated them into leaving) and completed the quest.

Upon returning the Market, the cutscene came up the SGT and i listened to what he had to say then it cut straight back to game play. I went up to him to let him know I've done what and he just tells me to go to the Pearl and clear it out. The part that sucks the most is that im stuck in Denerim, I cannot leave or go anywhere else apart from the Pearl and the back alleys from completing a quest from the Chantry.

After completing the mage tower quest, I was given the option to have Wynne join my party. I accidentally declined at first, but after finding out(the hard way) that I needed her, I frantically searched all four floors of the tower with no success in finding her to recruit her. To put it bluntly: Am I screwed? Will she show up eventually or will I have to restart the game just to get her back? Thanks in advance.

Okay, just completed killing the Archdemon, everyone's happy, and the credits roll. After that is done, it takes me to the game's main menu. How do I get back into the game after the post coronation so that I can play Warden's keep or something? Please help me!

Im having the same problem dude.Trouble is its the "Warden Commander" armour which seems excellent at the stage of the game im at.Anyone know if this has a "Fix"?Or do i HOPE its going to be 1 of untold amount of bugs fixed in the LOOOONNGG overdue 360 Update?

No you can not, you have to pick mage when you create your character. However you can be an elf mage. 
But you will play the mage origin, which is the same if you pick human mage or elf mage.
