My strongest emotional moment...outside of any LI's or such....The first time I laid eyes on David Archer in Overlord, that floored me completely.

As for LI strongest emotional moment, the Tali hug on her LM.

The most emotional part of ME2 for me was the Archangel recruitment mission. I still remember how excited I was when I finally realized that I was getting Garrus back, which quickly gave way to horror when he was hit by the missile, then finally relief that he was okay.

Other than that, I'd say the whole Suicide Mission. I'd become really attached to my teammates, even the ones I thought I'd hate (Miranda) and I was determined to keep them all alive. Pulling through with zero casualties, saving my captured crew, and seeing Miranda tell TIM to shove it was the perfect way to end the game.
